Last Tuesday, David Bowie revealed the video for his bright single The Stars (Are Out Tonight), starring Bowie himself and androgynous and wonderful actress Tilda Swinton. On February 28th, his upcoming album The Next Day was made available for full streaming, two weeks ahead its release date by mid March and 10 years after his previous album, Reality (2003). Rumor has it that Bowie won’t tour for this album, which is a real shame ‘cause it’s brilliant and it would be not only wonderful but also interesting to watch him sing some of its songs. Anyway, we’ll have to simply listen to it over and over again and enjoy the result of two years of top secret recording sessions produced by longtime coworker Tony Visconti.
